I think we have a few in some form or another.......there were three television features on the C.T that eluded to it.THe white paper was made for it and savannah tested the H.I.S.S system and the C.T performed flawlessly.....NOW...no i dont have concrete,heres a signed paper,guarantee.All i have is what KOOK reported from the first shareholders meeting and what the savannah port guy said and how he said it when asked.

I like you have wondered privately and aloud on this board many times if they have just one or many why havent they announced it? I just dont have an answer and could only give you more speculative reasons...like goverment confidentiality but even that is stretching it.Maybe there is a reason and we will find out why they have waited so long to say yes or no.Frank has been posed this question by a few folks face to face and has said with a grin "i cant talk about it." I dont know why they cant or wont announce a port deal.......i wish i did.
