This stock wouldn't be at 4 pennies if all these "deals" were real. Plus, this wouldn't remain a Form-15 filer if this was real.

As it stands, this is still a non-reporting Pink/sometime Limited penny stock. That's fact. Report to the SEC and audit the financials and maybe this would be taken seriously.
