99.9% chance you will never get free SUTI shares. Vakser cannot afford to give away over a billion shares, he would have to spend some of the money he already robbed investors of, anyway he could sell a billion shares for $100,000.00 minimum so why give them away.
Luther will find some glitch/excuse that will keep investors from receiving free shares. It's just a sales pitch, same as dope shop in Texas.
SUTI investors would get mad if Vakser diluted their half billion shares with over one billion shares just to make bagholders happy.
Look up "Vakser ARTS dividend" and find that investors are still waiting for their dividend 4 years later.
