in the you can't make this stuff up category .. i was on the phone
with Finra (they called me) after both RH's Update and yep after that
150 share *trade* to hit PTOI's LOD (which of course CONveniently
bypassed 2 known *legit* bids) when that 100 share *trade* would wing
it's way up the ask ;) .. did i mention that 100 is a *signal* for a
1k or a 10k? .. take a gander of the *trades* that followed (size was 10k)

so the heir and a spare .. or just *accounting* for PTOI's *PRIMARY*

or just another round of bogus bs to create *volume* on PTOI

gotta love the timing and *scrutiny* for NN and a few decoys .. ho hum
