MMTC - Its anyone's guess as to when the company will start diluting again. As of now dilution has stopped, there hasn't been any dilution for about a month now, hence the increase in the price per share. The company doesn't realize any revenue as of yet, so there will be dilution at some point to raise funds, the question is when. Insiders with deep pockets continue to buy shares. We have a lot of deep pocketed individuals on board. Greg Newhuis has over a million dollars invested in MMTC, Robert Pett has over a million dollars invested in MMTC. Anthony M. Frank the former U.S. postmaster general has a sizeable position in MMTC and continues to buy shares. The U.S. Postmaster general is the second highest paying government position there is behind the President of the United States. The fact that Anthony M. Frank is one of MMTC's major shareholders speaks volumes, very exciting to have someone who once held such a prestigious position on board.
