Yep. only 10K a month and 2.7Million balloon payment at the end apparently... and an easy out clause. Well, I will give ERBB credit where due, they did get enough on paper to technically claim a sale, but 10K a month doesn't even start to pay their bills and service huge debt. Holding my breath on them actually paying that $2,700,000.00 in 2016.

Shearin is a scummy scamster and liar... but he is clever about not getting caught LOL. Never-the-less it is a pathetic and dismal quarterly report. Sub-Pennies here we come ;-)
