Sorry but I have to disagree with you on this one.

I absolutely loved the trading today. HISC is consolidating nicely in this narrow trading window on very low volume. The MM's wanted to take it down back to .05 to help NITE cover but they gave up on it and NITE actually moved his bid up to .056...some of the trading at the end of the day included a 500,000 share trade at .057 and a 1,000,000 share trade at .056...NITE was probably the recipient of both of those trades. The MM's are quietly starting to cover IMO and as someone else mentioned it is all coming at the end of the day...more then 50% of today's volume was in the last hour as you can see on the time and sales listed below.

We know that the MM's are not short all 280 million...realistically it is probably more like 100 million that they are short. So as for the PPS I would not expect anything too big in the immediate future...the brick wall is up at .06 to keep us below the 200 day moving average, but there is also a brick wall of support at .05...I think we will be in this window (.05-.06) for the next few weeks as the MM's cover as much as they can...remember when we were stuck at .022-.024 for almost a month last June and then we shot up big time? I think the same thing could possibly be happening right now except that .05 will be the platform from which we lift off...

Good points. Had they stuck with the origianl application it would all be a done deal by now. So obviously something else was the priority other than getting on the OTC. Why spend half a mill for a shell when an upfront RS and a successful OTC application would do the same thing quicker? The answer again is hiding the PK sales scam. Uplisting to the OTC meant a new level of transparency that Moody and Big Apple were not ready for--hence laundering the enterprise through the confusing gyrations of the RM, dividends, and defacto RS.
