Skully- I think there was a combination of two things.
1.(small amt. of dilution}-per ARCA being observed on L2 selling for somebody, GGI or GZFX? We will never know.

2)Many Investors had been holding since the C.C.announcement Back in Oct. The March 24th PR on C.C. http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060324/0114566.html
Gave those holding an OUT and they took it.There were many of my personal friends that got out and are still out. Any concrete news that comes out and can shed some light on where we're going besides C.C.,will bring some back in.
