that was also my initial thought.

but not so sure how the law works in those situations.

We knew months ago that FITX was only leasing the Shaban farm and didn't own any of the million dollar Horse farm.

They couldn't lay claim to that in a class action. IRS and BK courts might see it differently. wink wink.
