I don't think Intel will make a lot of incremental revenue in IoT from a silicon perspective.

I think there will be quite a bit of money to be made from the foundry business. IoT will involve numerous different designs but the more expensive products will want to use the best process. Also the foundries can last a bit longer producing cheaper designs after they have stopped being leading edge. Licensing IP may not make quite so much money but it can make a nice contribution as well as attracting people to the foundry.
