This is uncharted territory and even if it walks away unscathed from the lawsuit Herbal Analytics still may not be profitable. Its a totally new space and market that is unproven in my opinion and I don't base my investment on it. This space is in for a rebound, who will be the big winner? I hope its Affinor but there are lots of choices for investors to look at on both sides of the border. I'm not here to defend the company or wave my pom-poms, I like it but the market will define the true value in the end based on deliverables and growth.
