Shark - don't buy into the BS. Affinor, Brusatore, and the individuals along with Herbal Analytics are still all defendants in the lawsuit. A quick call to the court will confirm that they all filed responses yesterday and all will have their lawyers in court on Monday. Affinor's PR to the contrary is false and hopefully Canadians have reported it to the BCSC.
