According to the website http://www.vencorintl.com/, it is the name of the new company. Looks like they adopted the name from the shell and have re-branded the company completely.
I agree with fax, this is ground floor. The potential here is huge. Off very little buys this thing was at .0065, and I mean very very little buys (no more than $2k-$3k in dollar volume). Looks like they are playing by the book on this one and doing everything correctly, they don't appear to be in a rush and seem to be in it for the long term.
Everything looks very promising here and for all Vencor longs its a very exciting and welcomed change.
