The EPA really can't get its act together on this ruling .... already a year late, I guess they decided why bother with the year almost over anyway. But it sure creates uncertainty about what the impact this will have on ethanol demand in December and what the EPA is contemplating for 2015.

PEIX doesn't make money from RINs. They're a free add on when ethanol is sold.
