Filing at least one of the oldest past due audited reports would likely buy them time. Until then I agree, after getting broadsided here with APWR by the SEC I am still trying to figure out how the SEC justifies revoking APWR and not ABAT, makes no sense.... unless GE and APWR shorts bought the SEC off.
