All who claimed this was BS should offer me and the person who forwarded it to me an apology.
Looks like the tactic worked. Seymour responded when there was iHub pressure. Note there is absolutely no information provided by him. He was more than willing to respond when it suited him, but these straight forward and basic questions are now relegated to only those attending the annual board meeting. That's a new twist. Only a day or two ago he was replying to posters here.

What people see as delays are just part of the normal development process while creating new science
Unfortunately, because the tox work and all of our animal studies are do done by third parties, the schedules for completion are completely out of our hands.
We do our best to estimate extent of progress and completion dates but they really can’t be accurately estimated because of the multiple variables involved
You have legitimate questions but a private communication is not the proper forum to discuss them
I would suggest that you attend our annual meeting to be held on the East Coast late in January
That is a public forum and the answers can be shared with all of our stockholders
