You're correct about it being to bad they had to stop but the positive is what they found during the attempt as indicated in their statement:

"The intense porphyry-style alteration encountered below the fault in the first attempted hole is a very positive result and is strong encouragement to use every technique available to continue testing this area at depth."

its too bad that hole 4 had to be stopped...that's going to cause quite a delay not to mention the waste of money.

I'm not sure I agree on this one. Auryn indicated they're re-drilling, using the same platform, and a different bit, and that this is happening immediately.

I could get used to Auryn's professionalism. A very welcome change.
