This is not the latest greatest MJ stock promising future business. This could be a very dangerous stock to short for any length of time. This is the establishment world banker types throwing the 3rd world a bone. A deal they can't refuse and financing the whole agreement with their central banking system with all the natural resources of said nations as collateral.
They can't loose, if the 3rd world countries pay the juice all is well. If they default, the banks move in and take over everything. They never make a deal they can't come out on top of.
