They already dumped the full billion into the A/S count (Authorized is not Utilized). It's the O/S (Outstanding shares) that gets diluted when they activate potential Authorized shares into Outstanding shares. But your point is understood.
When the next report shows revenue from Avanzar along with greatly increased revenue from Level 5, I think maybe certain jittery people will finally realize Vanis' bold move was a good one. And a few quarters from now when people can look back and see revenue going from X to XX to XXX to XXXX with consistent growth, that will make even more people convinced they're in something that's growing very nicely with a good solid future ahead.
