So you are saying the information in the S1/A is false? Dominion has been selling shares. That is why the number of shares to register keeps being reduced.

I love how some posters say something isn't true but offer no research or DD to prove it isn't accurate.

While Doc provided information straight from the S-1.

So if they didn't exercise the warrants - cashless - then what is your proof they didn't.

Peterson is reporting it to the SEC as being true.
