And why wouldn't they recommend buying USPR? These newsletters are nothing but paid hype machines. You will say that they are not paid, and they even have this disclaimer:

Disclosure: we hold no position in USPR either long or short and we have not been compensated for this article.



However, if you open their SEC Disclosure section on their website, you will see that they disclose they are an "affiliate" of Millenium Asset Management, LLC. Then they say this:

Millennium does and seeks to do business with companies covered in Micro Cap Daily’s research reports.

In other words, Millenium is paid.

Once again, the shadowy and inherently dishonest world of penny stocks.
