Would Peter be attending these conferences alone or with an entourage ? Even if he went on the cheap which is not likely it would cost at least $10 000 . 60% of a sp of .025 that would be .015 and would represent 666, 666. shares of dilution ~

At the current cash burn and the same sp it would take over 22 million shares in dilution every month !

How long can this go on before we are at a sub penny and 3 times the monthly dilution ?

It is inaccurate to say ERHC got blocks from attending a conference. Every oil company in the world already knows which countries have blocks available and how to go about trying to secure them. While some initial conversations and networking may occur at one of these conference there has NEVER been a block actually awarded at a conference. That takes months of negotiations in the host country that has the blocks available. I actually think Ntephe attends these more to bolster his own image than to benefit ERHC. Conferences are mainly boondoggles.

Typically a guest speaker at a conference gets to attend for free, and has their travel, meal and lodging expenses paid for by the conference. I assume when Ntephe or another member of EHRC is a guest speaker at a conference the conference is covering all their expenses. Now, when ERHC is sponsoring or setting up a table at a conference, that's a different story, but I don't believe that they have done in a while.
