I've always thought that that parking lot is ripe for expansion/building onto, so that production might take place right there.

On the other hand, as Luna has pointed out, there are numerous larger commercial and warehouse buildings for sale within a few blocks of the AFT building.

And if there is a buyout, I suppose the whole operation will be moved elsewhere.

This is all conjecture, my opinions only.
