DC This is why we believe Radient will reverse merge with ProvistaDX.There was a reply from GC about the "LymPro Test. He claims they own the trademark and GW Medical Technologies was a predecessor to Provista..There has been a lot of mis-information about Will's role with RADIENT and now AMARANTUS. What is your opinion? We see a trend between Will and the future plans of AMBS and the Radient Shell...imo Wolf
Ros Thank you for reaching out to GC..I am also a owner of AMBS for the past year..
GC Said
"That is ours. GW is a predecessor to Provista"
GW is not a predecessor to Provista Life Sciences. Provista LC changed their name to MemoryDX..GW is a separate entity and is still an on going concern along with MemoryDX and BioMarker Tecnologies GW, RPC etc.......If Amarantus owned the TradeMark "LymPro Test" it would have to be reported to the US Patent and Trademark Commission..As you can see from the Trademark, there is no mention of new ownership by Amarantus.. William has a handful of companies..They are all separate..We posted the MemoryDX and the GW Medical Technologies LLC's corporate info..Here is his BioMarker LLC below..All are in good standing with Arizona...How GW is a predecessor to Provista by GC and the ownership of the Federal Trademark needs more explaining to this forum if you ask me ...The Federal Trademark shows who owns the trademark..If AMBS is the owner of "Lympro Test" Trademark, then one needs to ask GC
