LLOLs, yeah but, NOT the defendants!!.
They have had those two patents for 23 months now and they can't even use them today!!..
So they CAN'T present at the Capital Growth Expo in April 2015,even if they wanted to!!.
So,NO not anyone can present!!.
The defendants, can however continue to make those Subway Sandwiches!!.
The patents the plaintiffs are using, are protected under the pre patent law!!.
And this is only the second time TMMI is presenting at the Capital Growth Expo and not several times as you have posted!!.
