This has been said for years. Problem is, ZTE is not smart. This is not 50/50, unfortunately.

I was really hoping for some comment on the legal process
rather than what people hope will happen. It seems to me
that ZTE will continue to fight at least until the validity of the
patents is (re)affirmed and no date has been set for that trial
in Germany.
