There are thousands of companies on the otc that don't keep up with their filings. Why is it different when in bankruptcy?

Do you honestly think they have not done any filing of thier financials and operating report? HOW WOULD THEY GET THIS FAR INTO RESTRUCTURING SO THEY CAN WASTE EVERYONE TIME?
