Isn't VFIN part of the Etrade network? I don't anticipate any moves here for while. The ruse I've seen posted about cyclical moves didn't really play out this fall with the elections. The MMs can make this trade laterally for months and make nice bank because they know where the price is going and buy accordingly. Its the Mm's and the hedge funds that hold most if not all the shorts. How nice it must be to invest in a position and know exactly where the share price is going next because they're the ones pushing it there.

Looks like the bashers have put out a "call to arms" to their fellow shorters/bears to circle the wagons...

This could be a good sign as they are trying to create fear, with the help of the MMs, of course, to try to shake some shares loose from those that might have weak spinct*rs....

AG webcast stated 50, 000 share holders. That was in October. So unless they are lying, that is probably information straight from the transfer agent. Transfer agent probably isn't lying either.

That could be 50,000 different accounts too. Ie if you have an IRA and a non qualified, considering custodianship is different, may be booked as two, instead of 1 shareholder.
