Reverse MERGER in and of itself does not change the number of outstanding shares and does not change the price per share.
Often times, though, the new company does elect to change the share structure (usually to reduce the number of shares to a more attractive structure). We do not want a reverse split if at all possible. Our hope is that they will come up with enough funds to begin doing a share buyback. Even if it is done over a 1 or 2-year period, it is still very good progress. Currently, we have 4.9 Billion Outstanding Shares. I suspect our new leader, Shanais Pelka (Nii Foods, Inc.), will want to reduce it to no more than 2 Billion.
