I believe we will get 1 share for every 1000 that we own in a new parent company. Ahfd products will then at that point be part of the new companies product offering. AHFD will no longer exist, only their products will. If the purchasing company has a great distribution network already established we should come out way ahead from where we are currently. I believe our products are being bought out, not the company

Reverse MERGER in and of itself does not change the number of outstanding shares and does not change the price per share.

Often times, though, the new company does elect to change the share structure (usually to reduce the number of shares to a more attractive structure). We do not want a reverse split if at all possible. Our hope is that they will come up with enough funds to begin doing a share buyback. Even if it is done over a 1 or 2-year period, it is still very good progress. Currently, we have 4.9 Billion Outstanding Shares. I suspect our new leader, Shanais Pelka (Nii Foods, Inc.), will want to reduce it to no more than 2 Billion.
