No need to apologize I did post some of the IBD stuff before, but only parts as frankly there is so much good stuff & analysis packed in it.
And I'm totally with you on the Whole Foods thing. My local one (listed on MadTony's great site) has the Rush Net Ginseng drinks and I've compared them to the surrounding products and they beat them hands down ingredient wise. Hey and I'm really trying to be honest here. Some things I read I thought 'Yeuch! would I really want to drink that" I try not to drink a lot of sugary drinks, but the E Water (direct from the company) whent fast in my house (more ordered). I bought some Steaz drinks from Whole Foods to compare, the "Green Tea Cola" frankly went down the sink. Tasted a bit like Cola, if Cola didn't taste very nice.
