oilfieldmafia, HJOE cannot issue stock for their obligated tranches because PPS is too low and they do not have enough Authorized stock. All of the assets of HJOE are sworn to TCA upon default. HJOE has very limited time to fix this. But if anyone listens to tweets all is rosy.
