well, people here were "assured" an 8k would come out detailing the joint venture. People "spoke with the company", It's "confirmed"....8k out next few days!!

Then it was the 10Q assurance that would "confirm" the joint venture.

It's at the point of "the pennystock message board who cried wolf" reliability. No one buys it.

We'll believe the stock price when we see it. I only grabbbed a few hundred $$ of this POS for the bounce after the 2 consecutive 50% loss days, I hope if goes "to da moon", but lol.
