Did CMR have anything to do with setting up this $2+ MM 3(a)10 debt conversion for XNRG company insiders and itself (prospectively)?

A very fair question and since CMR does have a presence here, I'm sure they will want to clear this up with an answer. Looking forward to hearing from CMR
