I doubt that. Someone would buy them at less than cash per share long before it got that low.

I don't think that $.1, $.01, or $10 or more is certain here, it's all dependant on trial results and approval. It will take a couple years, but if AEZS-108 is approved, I believe $10 and higher is very possible. If it and others fail, sub penny is not out of the question. Success with AEZS-130 shouldn't be completely ruled out, but it's still a niche product, I doubt it would be worth $10 without success in other products at least anticipated.

As for the law suits, I agree with all who say they're meaningless. Attorneys will sue for anything if they can find people who'll support their work. The attorneys are fishing for investors willing to pay for some of their time, regardless of the outcome.
