This is HUGE news check my posts from 3 months ago I speculated @ some form of merger acquisition for Oasis!! Now we need a paper Trail and some PR's and Updates!! It would make sense for Itonis to make a move to acquire and control all of it!!

So how did you make this connection? I see nothing about the Hensley's on Migranade site, and nothing about Migranade on Hensley's info. I understand you stacked the info in your message but that was not in the news about Migranade taking over Oasis. It may be true but I just do not see it.

Also I do not see how Migranade ends up being on the books/helpful to ITNS, just cuz the people are intertwined in family does not make them that way in business.

Oasis was not owned by Oasis, merely used by them. If Hensley was smart he would ditch ITNS/Cheung and launch anew.

Interesting that in the ITNS financial filings there is no mention of Hensley owning any shares.

Hensley Brothers Distribution, LLC filed as a Domestic in the State of California on Monday, January 28, 2013 and is approximately one year old, according to public records filed with California Secretary of State. The filing is currently active as of the last data refresh which occured on Sunday, June 22, 2014.



All they need is to PR that same distributing for emesyl.
