Well to be honest...both PR's are confusing...which is usually on purpose in OTC land. But they appear to have doubled down in other communications re: buyback with the $750K...which is somewhat inconsistent with what they said in the PR's.
In any event they needed to double down... Had the buyback narrative gone off the rails...today may not have been as mildly successful in getting a few hundred million more into the float.
