Buzz- that's a straight loan and I think that it actually makes it easier. If they had the balls to lend us 20mn a year ago with no converts, they can upsize that significantly with a lower rate and perhaps with a small equity sweetener? I think having them is good and as you know it is a 1 yr facility so it will be refinanced soon either way.

I have read all of your thoughts and I respect the thought put into them. I do think that in all the conjecture, one scenario has not been addressed- what if the sales price is being held down by a competitor?
The competition was very aware of the threat by IMSC years ago and they would need some type of strategy to protect their turf. As any other competitor they access the landscape and attack in several directions. We have seen the competition able to extend deadlines, make sales to the EU with updated product etc;why not just help IMSC drown in it's own debt?
It wouldn't take to much money to do that. A million shares and you could keep the SP depressed. No easy chance for a secondary offering, no easy hill to climb to meet 15% Interest payments etc. Let the little company with large interest payments, choke itself and possibly making it a cheap takeover candidate.
Hey why not- DMRJ would get an excellent return on their money ( all VC's care for) and off they go into the sunset.
I watched level 2 very closely the day the announcement came out. There was someone flashing 257M shares @ 1.51 to scare the MM's.. and they did. The price would hold and step back, and if it tried to move up it flashed again.
Out of all the conjecture I have read on this board- this is the most logical occurrence.
