lmorovan,

but God is neither the author nor the cause of the sins I commit

I agree with your statement above. Can you tell me who you believe is responsible for your sin?

excel, did I ever even imply such a thing as what you state?

Your belief about free will continues to over ride everything posted here.
We have the free will to sin, or not sin.

God has given us the ability to use his power to run from temptation or to embrace it.

We spend many years of our life RUNNING from God's perfect plan for our life when if we had only surrendered our worldly ways we could have been receiving blessings instead of more pain caused by following the world giving into temptation

Am I saying God doesn't know we are going to sin? No. Absolutely not

I am saying his will for our life is constantly side tracked by our sin nature.

Why would God want separation from him by our running away?

His plan is perfect but sin doesn't need to be in it as much as it is thus the reason he is always disciplining us.

The agenda part u questioned I failed to address in post before..........

Instead of thanking people like her putting messages into simple to understand statements u have this habit of nit picking it to death as u do with other posts.

You seem to want to pick part everyones post that doesn't agree with your belief system.

We are all going to interpet the word of God differently.

Have u ever thought what is important though is we believe Jesus Christ is the King of Kings?

That no man goes to the Father but through him?

My concern about your agenda is u seem to want to tear down everyone here including articles placed here instead building each other up with his word.

I'm seeing a pattern taking place here

We all love the Lord here.

I do believe no one disputes the bold statements above.

Can we not discuss without looking for a fight every time?

I believe u have a good heart and love God and have a lot to offer about what the word of God says.

Something to think about.
Thanks!

excel, agenda? Are you serious?

When God created the plan for your life, did He fail to consider the sinful actions that we may commit? If so, He is either not Omniscient or His plan was not perfect. Can we ever do anything that God has no idea we would do? And if He knew exactly what we would do, could it be that it was all part of His perfect plan?

I worship a God who not only knows my past, present and future sins, but who made provisions in His perfect plan for them.

Did she not state the plan would be delayed due to sin but eventually carried out?

Could it be that the "delay" was actually part of God's perfect plan? Hence, we didn't do anything to cause it?
