you might be right..or svfc increases the A/S from 10 billion A/S to 20 billion A/S and then does a reverse split....and management wont even tell you they increased the a/s from 10 to 20billion. then they will forget to inform finra that they intend to do a reverse split, then svfc gets a two week suspension and starts to trade on the gray sheets. and management doesnt say a word about any of this to shareholdes....anyone investing in this company better do some due dilligence....the share structure is corrupt. imho
