Never said they were going to file today. In fact, I have posted that I very much doubt they will given their past track record. I am simply answering the question as to when the filing is due. Hope that helps your LOL understanding.

Doesn't mean this won't run huge and soon! They restated financials for a reason as nobody cared about those "errors" anyways. That money could have been spent on fine dining and fancy trips...
