I'm not sure how it works. The late notification expires today, but I'm not sure if they would have to release before market close or if they can do it after and when exactly it's considered late again. I'm also unsure about whether or not they can file two consecutive late notifications

The late filing is due today. They have until 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time today before it is officially late. Anything after 5:30 p.m. will no longer show today's date for filing, and it will be officially marked as missing the scheduled date.

SEC Hours of Operations: EDGAR filings may be made from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays (excluding Federal holidays). Filings submitted after 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time receive the next business day’s filing date (except Section 16 filings and filings pursuant to Rule 462(b), which receive the actual date of filing).
