I wrote the following questions to Jeff Reid's e-mail address as posted by Smoke Em here;

Couple of simple questions;

1) Are the Facebook and Twitter accounts posting information from you or the company?

2)Do you have audited financial statements, if yes, please post them to your website.

3)Is kmaglobalsolutions.com under your control? If yes, why have you not put anything there but the purported customer list of an affiliate your sold off years ago? Why aren’t the audited financial statements posted there? Why isn’t the time line there.

4)Finally how many employees does KMA Global Solutions have? Other than you Jeff Reid?

HERE ARE THE ANSWERS

Facebook and twitter are being managed by third parties

FS will not be posted until Nobo and AGM is set.

Updates will be posted on website and online to inform all shareholders

As you can see I did not get all of the questions answered. So no answer regarding the information reported on the website and no financial statements until the NOBO/OBO is complete (which it must be by now) and until the Annual General Meeting is set.

I then asked AGM? And are the social media posts correctly attributed to you to which I received these answers.

Not very satisfactory answers but I believe them to be truly from Jeff Reid as I have spoken with him in the past and this is consistent with the type of response and style of delivery I would expect.
