YW postyle. It's a nice hurdle for VRNG to cross, although one that should have been expected given Chen's dissenting opinion. Now they're down to the nut cuttin on whether en banc review will happen, or not. Too bad we don't know when the poll was requested, but at least we can figure an outside date of December 5th with pretty fair certainty for the poll to be completed. This is a big rung on the ladder. Hopefully they're able to make that step up toward full review. I'm betting lots of folks will be checking that daily disposition list every day at 11:00 ET to see if VRNG is on it. LOL
