ihssft, I would agree with the group that SYTE should hold regular board meetings and annual shareholders meetings.

Those are not the items that make me guarded about the group. From, Moore's blogsite, they seem to want to see other things besides regular board meetings and shareholder meetings. I dont see why a group would continue to accumulate many more shares after they first expressed their concerns about SYTE. One would think, if they feel SYTE's intentions are to never have further board meetings or annual meetings, then they would not want to invest further in such a company until they showed that they will do these things.

My guess is , if Frank came out tommorow and announced board meeting schedule and annual meeting, the group will still have a list of other things to complain about. The group mentioned they wanted to get a shareholder list from SYTE. Why do they need this? Why should one group of shareholders get a list of info about other shareholders? I dont think they deserve to get any list. That is a red flag for me as well at this point. Again , I may end up supporting this group at some point. But Right now I dont see that. But I observe the actions and if I feel their plan is just and make sense for "ALL" shareholders, then I could possibly support them in the future if I understand them better and agree with their plan.

I have observed how Frank manages a business. I know what I am getting with Frank. I dont know the group at all. I have watched Frank dig this company out of a stranglehold of death spiral convertable debentures which would kill most penny stock companies. He overcame those debentures that he inherited from former management years ago and he brought the company back to profitably. That didnt happen overnight but he persevered. If he can do that, I think he could eventually make this company a very strong company after he eventually overcomes the dial-up decline. I think he will do it. Maybe not as fast as "the group" wants to see it, but I think he can do it.

ihsstf

you say "As for the questions you asked about why does the group keep adding shares or what their ultimate intentions are, I can't answer those questions, because I am not part of that group"

Well ihssf, if you read the content of Moore's site , you will clearly see he has a lot more issues than just meetings. You said you can't answer my questions. You are not alone because the "group" has not answered those questions yet either as far as I am concerned. Until they do, I don't think you need to be baffled anymore as to why myself and other shareholders will continue to be wary of this group.
