Funny when you look at their annual report from Feb 2014 their O/S is stated as 4,943,271,060 as of 12/31/2013

But when you look at their quarterly file for period ending 6/30/ 14 they show the O/S as of 12/31/13 as 6,193,271,060

And now they have it as 7,093,271,060- So where are the SEC filings for all of this dilution?
