If this was truly the case and VPLM knows about it, shame on them for allowing the PPS to continually drop. Tells me they are in cahoots with them.
Hell, maybe the company looking to buy VPLM is trying to acquire part of the company on the open market . . . buy chunks of the company at far under buyout caliber prices?
