Those paper net losses are a positive thing... It shows the stock price went skyward to a large degree. It's a paper loss that means it has no implication on business generating income or revenue. It means the lender is making bank off us which is fabulous because we don't have too much cash to spare and want to use it on more acquisitions. The equity in the company is worth so much now and the shareholders will agree we are happy to see this Accounting phenomenon because if we didn't we would all be sitting at .06 still and grumpy about it.

Sounds like you need to take a principles of financial accounting class. Even with all those derivitive liability losses and negative equity there seems to be positive cash flow from operations... Gee how did that happen????
