The call in by Fowler very clearly indicated the initial time frame was closer to what he was expecting instead of the new and improved version .
Maybe the old one is closer in some ways than the new version. Tone of voice inflection Dr Fowler was talking about TITAN and we both know he wants a better robotic landscape for all of us.
