If they weren't the second round financing, I believe the other part of your comment, that they knew about this news beforehand somehow and are getting in now (so are others). I believe this PPS dip will be shorter lived than others think, especially if Bertner and Titan team thought this through and if this has been in the works for a while, but just released to us now.
Also, didn't Randell say that SV Life Sciences buying Ximedica was good thing for Titan, from a financing perspective?
