I know it's not always the norm for this Co to release on time, but curious about the intermittent ability in filing required *dox* to bring success to a business plan.....

i do find it revealing however that mgmt's filing of the Q mid day on Friday
thwarted various colluding entities >> next *round* in total ..

Looks like [PTOI] will be testing new 52 week lows? With Tax selling just around the corner could get bloody ugly? Probably be a great time to DCA for longs that have free powder to dispose of!
